I Fact-Checked Glenn Beck's Warning. Some of It Is Worse.

Last week Britain launched "Be Ready", a three-year national campaign asking every household to survive 72 hours on its own. Germany says ten days. Sweden mailed a wartime booklet. And on Sept 30, the Pentagon told its biggest bases to plan for 90 days with zero outside help.

Glenn Beck put out a warning this week. I agree with most of it, but I checked every claim before I said a word, because some of it is more solid than he made it sound, and one thing he overstated. Then I'll tell you the one item missing from every single one of those government checklists.
